Q: What phones do you make cases for?

We make cases for the latest iPhone and Samsung models (and we’re expanding fast!). If you don’t see your model listed, drop us a message — it might be coming soon.

Q: How do I know if my case will fit?

Each product page lists the exact phone models it fits. Double-check your phone model before checkout to make sure you get the perfect match.

Q: Are your cases protective or just stylish?

Both! Our cases are shock-absorbent and made with durable materials — designed to handle everyday drops while keeping your phone looking 🔥.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

  • UK Orders: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

We’ll send tracking details as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free UK shipping on orders over £50.

Q: Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at hello@projectcases.com. We’ll do our best to update it before it leaves our warehouse.

Q: What is your return policy?

You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Q: How do I start a return?

We’ll guide you through the process quickly and easily.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges — just return your item for a refund and place a new order.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Q: Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify, using advanced encryption and SSL technology.

Q: My package is delayed — what should I do?

Check your tracking link first (it’s in your confirmation email).
